NetWatch are delighted to announce the appointment of Leah Supra as our new Service Manager for the fast growing Rapid Police Reports division of the business.
The appointment follows a surge in demand for the service, which was initially launched for Beta testing in December 2020, but now processes in excess of 1200 report requests every month. With a strong pipeline of insurers in the onboarding phase the growth is set to continue throughout 2023.
Leah joins NetWatch directly from West Midlands Police where she spent 7 years as an officer after completing her undergraduate degree.
“I’m delighted to join the team at Netwatch, as the new rapid police report service manager. Having previously worked in business development and more recently in policing, I am excited to apply my cumulative experience to the role and help to grow the already successful service. I am committed to building upon the great work by the team and will endeavour to look for ways to continue to deliver for both our insurance clients, and the Police forces we work alongside.
The service has some really exciting new developments planned which are likely to be rolled out over the course of the year, that I’m confident will benefit our clients and make the service even more efficient. I have already witnessed first-hand the benefits the service offers our clients, taking the pain out of what can be a complicated, time-consuming process.
I feel privileged to lead our team through these exciting new developments and look forward to a future at Netwatch!” – Leah Supra, RPR Service Manager
