The Role

In October 2020 NetWatch launched its Rapid Police Reports service. Using our in-house built platform, reports and evidence are easily ordered from the police on behalf of insurance clients to help them make informed decisions. The service has proven highly successful and has grown at an exponential rate. As a result, we are looking for a NetWatch Police Liaison to join our company to help with the day-to-day running of this service as well as providing effective administrative support to the wider company. You will be provided with full training and ongoing support to help you settle into this role.

The RPR team are dedicated to providing an efficient service to our clients, acting as the intermediary between the police and insurance companies to supply documentation. Due to the differing methods and demands of the police, ordering reports and evidence can be a challenging process. As such, we aim to streamline the process for our clients and reduce the difficulty. With the upcoming launch of our innovative RAPID™ platform, both colleagues and clients will benefit from a streamlined process to easily request and manage investigative materials, reinforcing our commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Job Description

As a NetWatch Police Liaison, your key responsibilities will include those listed below, although this is not an exhaustive list:

  • The role will include many administrative tasks, such as booking-in instructions, sending reports or other evidence to clients and extracting key information, making requests, facilitating payments, handling post and processing cheques.
  • Liaising with insurance clients and police forces through effective communication via email and telephone to request documentation and resolve any queries.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure data is inputted correctly.
  • Supporting colleagues and the wider NetWatch Police Liaison team whenever necessary.

The Role

In 2022, NetWatch established a new division dedicated to interviewing police officers and other relevant parties, such as policyholders and witnesses, to accurately gather information about incidents on behalf of insurer clients. We are seeking a high-level Senior Business Support Partner to support our expanding department. This individual will be highly organised, efficient and skilled at multi-tasking, providing essential administrative support to our interviewing and investigations team. Beyond this, the successful candidate will also assist Senior Management and adapt to cross-functional needs within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Management Support – providing comprehensive administrative support to Senior Management and adapting to cross-functional needs within the business, as required.
  • Client communications –supporting the sales lead by conducting client check-ins and follow-ups via phone and email to ensure timely responses and strengthen client relationships.
  • Business Data Support – assist the management team by compiling management information and bordereau data.
  • Interview Coordination – requesting, scheduling, and confirming interviews with the police and managing payments via BACS or cheque.

The Role

The Intelligence and Investigations Specialist will have a comprehensive understanding of all investigative functions within NetWatch. They will be capable of handling all types of investigative tasks, from analysing and interpreting open-source intelligence, and compiling a range of specialised reports, to interviewing police officers, policyholders, and witnesses, and compiling witness statements. This position is designed for the versatile, well-rounded investigations specialist eager to learn every aspect of becoming a top-tier professional in the intelligence field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out recorded video and audio calls, predominantly over Teams, with police officers, policyholders, and witnesses to determine liability and indemnity issues.
  • Conducting site visits and in-person interviews to gather information relevant to ongoing cases.
  • Planning interviews—including reviewing police reports, examining email chains for additional details, and analysing internal case reports.
  • Identifying inconsistencies or gaps in verbal accounts given by witnesses/policyholders and having the confidence to challenge them where necessary.
  • Articulating terminology and reason for interviewing in understandable terms to witnesses, policyholders and officers.
  • Report and Statement writing – collating information extracted from the interview into a comprehensive written format to send to clients.
  • Analysing and compiling intelligence into comprehensive written reports in a target driven environment.
  • Utilising a variety of databases, public records, and intelligence tools & techniques to obtain information on subjects and attribute social networking accounts to them.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Finance Assistant to join the finance team to assist with day-to-day financial operations across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous communication with our clients via email and telephone to proactively chase outstanding invoices for payment.
  • Produce outstanding debtors reports for our clients based on their specific needs, providing any required information and support to facilitate payments to be made.
  • Work with the Finance Business Administrators to ensure all reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Support with the main Sales Ledger functionality, invoice entry and payment allocations.
  • To undertake other administrative duties as and when required for finance and the wider business.
  • Opportunity to develop knowledge of the wider finance function in the company.

Experience
