Medical records requests are coming to Rapid

Rapid is where NetWatch's services come together. Customers can already order police and fire reports, access DVLA KADOE vehicle keeper data, and commission internet profiles and interviews with witnesses, policyholders, claimants and police officers, all from one platform. We're now adding medical records, so customers will be able to request them from within their existing case.

NetWatch will handle the process from getting the subject's consent through to secure delivery, and track each request along the way.

Anyone who has requested police documents will know the frustration: different routes, different procedures and a lot of chasing across several organisations. Getting medical records is often much the same. Bringing it into Rapid means requests are made in one place, handled securely and compliantly, and fully auditable.
